About Us

OUR MISSION:
BRING OUT THE BEST IN BUILDINGS

Many don’t understand the technical complexities that comprise a building’s heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems (HVAC); they just know that they are too hot or too cold. MSI connects with critical players, determines their needs, and formulates solutions that meet those needs. We ensure that your building performs efficiently.

MSI knows that our job is helping you to do yours

We look at how buildings are used, not just how the HVAC equipment should operate. Like physicians treating the whole patient, not just their symptoms, MSI considers the entire building, not just the installed equipment. We will train your staff so they understand your building’s systems and how to manage them efficiently.

MSI offers solutions designed from the ground up to work the way you want them to work

We get involved early in your system design to gain a comprehensive understanding of your facility. Then we work with you to devise a solution that meets your building’s unique needs. We have expertise in all areas of facilities. Our customers include the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Headquarters, McMurdo Station in Antarctica, Bank of the West, the Broadmoor Hotel, the Plaza at Cherry Creek North, the Mountain View Corporate Center and the Estes Park Hospital, among many others.
