Bio:
John has 40 years of experience in the controls and HVAC service industry. He has held Sales and Branch Management positions with Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and was the Regional Vice President with Natkin Service Company. John holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Production Management from Texas A & M University (at Commerce, Texas). John started MSI 15 years ago as a uniquely “solutions oriented” HVAC service and controls company.

Bio:
Al has been responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company since its inception in 1998. Prior to MSI, Al spent fifteen years in the certified public accounting industry with an emphasis on construction audit services and corporate and individual tax. He has a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Denver and was a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Colorado for approximately 30 years.

Bio:
Bill is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado. He has 25 years of experience working in the mechanical contracting business. Bill’s unique experience base includes eight years of working for large control contractors, including Honeywell and Johnson Controls performing application engineering, software development, project commissioning, and project management. It also includes two years working as a Consulting Engineer doing mechanical systems design and 15 years working in the mechanical contracting industry doing mechanical system sales, mechanical systems design, and project management for many mechanical projects. Bill’s jobs include school facilities, office buildings, animal care facilities, health care facilities, laboratory facilities, and retail projects. Many of these projects were design-build. Bill has also completed energy driven mechanical upgrade projects, including two Chase Bank projects in which Bill performed all energy analysis and engineering and obtained substantial Xcel Energy rebates for the customer. This unique array of experience allows Mechanical Solutions, Inc. to provide excellent cost competitive design-build projects helping owners achieve the most for their dollar.

Bio:
Bill has 36 plus years in the HVAC industry. He started in the industry in 1976, when he and a partner started a small HVAC company doing commercial service and installation and stayed with that business until May of 2012. By 1983, Bill focused on the commercial side of the business, where he did numerous design-build as well as plan and spec projects. In May of 2012, Bill merged the commercial side of his business with MSI, where he currently is an estimator/project manager. Some of the completed projects that Bill has sold and managed were for Cintas Corporation, Brinks Corporation, Denver Health and Hospital Authority, as well as several dental, medical, restaurant, and church projects.

Bio:
Craig has over 22 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 14 years in building automation controls, including installation, engineering, technical support, programming, and commissioning. Craig has managed and commissioned significant projects, including Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, Estes Park Medical Center, and Plaza at Cherry Creek Residences, Julesburg High School, Hudson Correctional Facility, and the North Metro Fire Administration Building.

Bio:
Richard is responsible for managing the installation and system commissioning process for our control systems related work. Richard has more than 30 years of HVAC related electrical and controls installation experience and has experience with many large projects, including DIA Concourse B, Sun Microsystems, and Corporate Express. Richard holds his Electrical journeyman license, along with OSHA and EPA certifications.

Bio:
Kirk also has 30 plus years of experience installing HVAC systems for commercial applications. Kirk plans and supervises all major HVAC installation projects for MSI. He holds four HVAC licenses in the Denver metro area, including Denver.
